Arada has opened bookings for Nest Hotel Aljada, a new 395-room midscale property located within the Aljada development in Sharjah. The hotel is the first launch under the developer's new lifestyle hospitality brand and is managed independently by Arada Hospitality and Entertainment. It is situated adjacent to the Nest Campus student housing complex.
According to Business Traveller, the hotel was developed in consultation with students from Sharjah’s University City to influence room layouts and communal areas. The property features smart technology for digital check-in and room access, alongside facilities such as co-working zones, lounges, and dining outlets. Guests have direct access to East Boulevard, which contains over 100 retail and entertainment venues.
The hotel offers various room categories including Solo, Stylish, Signature, Family, and Suites. It is the first in Sharjah to provide guaranteed interconnecting family rooms and a flexible 24-hour check-in and check-out policy. Additional services include high-speed wifi, eBike rentals, and a complimentary shuttle service to Sharjah International Airport.
