    Former UFC champion Francis Ngannou has purchased a five-bedroom residence at the ultra-luxury Palm Jumeirah development for AED92.5 million.

    Arada has announced the sale of a five-bedroom residence at Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah to Francis Ngannou, the former UFC heavyweight champion and professional boxer. The transaction for the 11,521 square foot property reached a total value of AED92.5 million.

    The residence includes a private pool and is part of a select collection of 57 homes designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Tadao Ando. The project is a partnership between Arada, the Armani Group, and Casa Interior Design Studio, featuring 90,000 square feet of amenities and views of the Arabian Gulf.

    According to Arada, construction on the beachfront development is progressing well. The project remains on track for completion in 2027. The sale highlights sustained demand for high-value branded residences within the Dubai property market.
