Arada has opened bookings for Nest Hotel Aljada, a new 395-room property located within the Aljada development in Sharjah. As reported by Business Traveller, the hotel is the first launch under the developer's new lifestyle hospitality brand. The midscale property is independently managed by Arada Hospitality and Entertainment and is situated alongside the Nest Campus student housing complex.
The hotel features a range of room categories including Solo, Stylish, Signature, Family, and Suites. It is the first hotel in Sharjah to offer guaranteed interconnecting family rooms and provides a flexible 24-hour check-in and check-out policy. Facilities include co-working areas, lounges, and dining outlets, with direct access to the retail and entertainment venues of East Boulevard.
Designed in consultation with students from Sharjah’s University City, the project incorporates communal areas and room layouts tailored to a diverse mix of guests. The hotel uses smart technology for digital check-in and room access via a dedicated website. Additional amenities include high-speed wifi, eBike rentals, and a complimentary shuttle service to Sharjah International Airport.
The Nest Hotel brand is intended for future expansion both within the UAE and internationally. The project also provides part-time employment opportunities for students seeking experience in the hospitality sector. The hotel aims to serve business travellers, families, sports groups, and faculty members visiting the area.
