Emaar Hospitality Group has launched Vida Aljada, marking the debut of the Vida Hotels and Resorts brand within the Aljada mixed-use development in Sharjah.
Emaar Hospitality Group, a subsidiary of Emaar Properties, has officially opened Vida Aljada. The property represents the first appearance of the Vida Hotels and Resorts brand in the emirate of Sharjah. The opening was marked by a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by representatives from Emaar and the developer Arada.
Middle East Construction News reports that the hotel is located within the Aljada mixed-use community. It is situated three minutes from University City and the Sharjah Airport Free Zone, and 15 minutes from Sharjah Corniche and Dubai International Airport. The facility is designed to serve as a hub for accommodation, dining, and business.
The property features 175 rooms and suites, including a 305-square-metre Penthouse Suite. For long-term guests, the development includes serviced apartments and residences with one, two, or three bedrooms. Facilities on-site include wellness areas, social spaces, and flexible business environments.
