Wellfit Opens First Abu Dhabi Flagship Fitness Centre at Reem Mall

Wellfit has expanded its UAE presence with a new 50,000 square foot mega-club at Reem Mall, marking the brand's first entry into the Abu Dhabi market.
Wellfit, a member of the Formative fitness collective, has launched its first Abu Dhabi location at Reem Mall on Reem Island. The 50,000 square foot flagship facility is approximately the size of a football field and represents the brand's sixth flagship location in the UAE. Arada reported that the centre is designed to provide comprehensive fitness and wellness services for all ages.
The HYROX-affiliated club features over 120 cardio and strength machines, including Olympic lifting platforms and dedicated glute machines. The facility includes specialized areas for martial arts, cycling, and group exercises, alongside a dedicated studio for children's programming. Members also have access to Hungry Wolves, an on-site healthy eating restaurant.
Recovery facilities are a central feature of the new location, offering separate zones for men and women. These amenities include cold plunges, saunas, experiential showers, and a dedicated Hyperice recovery zone. The club joins an existing network of locations across Dubai and the Aljada development in Sharjah.
Formative, which launched in late 2025, integrates several fitness brands including FitnGlam and The Platform Studios. The collective currently serves approximately 40,000 members across more than 20 clubs. The group aims to expand its reach to 100,000 members across 40 locations by 2027.
